I agreed to write a blog on these four girls that I love dearly, seen as I am out blogging ideas now that the Leaving Cert is well over and I don't need to infect everyone else with my results anxiety. So, here it goes, in alphabetical order.
Amy (aka Chocolate Delicious)
My neighbour and cycling partner, many an afternoon we have spent struggling up Jimmy Mac's hill, eating Tayto and lying by the pond, her tanning, me burning. Good times. She appreciates the finer points of children's fantasy books and is always available for movies chez moi. We will be forever bounded by the trauma that was Oxegen.
Breffni (aka Continuously Delicious)
I love our conversations sitting on bathroom floors whilst drinking naggins. I love sleepovers in my house, watching Robert Pattinson videos together and of course, London. We made it around the 18th largest city in the world, we never got lost, just confused, and we suffered through an incredibly long walk, weighed down by disappointment and Bulmers, all for the sake of a tea dance that never happened.
Jess (aka Liquid Delicious)
Oh Jess, the newest but equally loved addition. Jess is often in a flap about things and gets frazzled and riled up easily. Her love of tea and Ron Weasley is unrivalled. She appreciates all things orange and will hopefully stop from becoming lost too often in Cork.
Laura (aka Golden Delicious)
Welcome to the world new blonde, go getter Laura! Laura is lovely and beautiful and always up for trips to the beach and more than a bit of coconut Malibu. She is also my co-worker, which is nice. Her boots are slippery yet she made it around Paris without a fall. A true inspiration.
